Final Completion of your entry

Once you have used the "Submit your completed entry now" button, your entry form is completed.

You will receive a Confirmation Email giving you an Entry ID: (number) and payment options.

Please check your spam or junk mail if you do not receive your Confirmation Email.

Final submission of your entry will take place after payment is received via Direct Credit, Credit card via phone.

Please put your Full Name in the Particulars field, Entry ID: (number) in the Code field and "ParkinPrize" in Reference field.


Credit card payments are acceptable. Please phone the Academy on 04 499 8807 and select menu option 1 to make payment by credit card.
