Final Completion of your entry

Once you have used the "Confirm and Pay" button, your entry form is completed. You will receive a Conformation Email giving you an Entry ID: (number) and payment options.

Final submission of your entry will take place after payment is received via Direct Credit, Credit card via phone or post.

You can pay by Direct Credit $40.00 (GST Incl.) into bank account: 06-0561-0014541-01
Please put your Full Name in the Particulars field, Entry ID: (number) in the Code field and "ParkinPrize" in Reference field.


Credit card payments are acceptable. Please phone the Academy on 04 499 8807 and select menu option 1 to make payment by credit card.


You can post a cheque for $40.00 and write Entry ID: (number) on the back.

(Please note cheques will not be accepted after 31 May 2021 due to changes in the banking industry.)
